Yes. You can modify your booking details (pickup time, date, or destination) up to 48 hours before departure via WhatsApp or email. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup — no fees, no questions asked.

Absolutely. We monitor all incoming flights at Zurich (ZRH), Geneva (GVA), Basel (BSL), and Bern (BRN) in real time. Your driver will be updated automatically and will wait at no extra charge for the first 15 minutes after arrival. Additional waiting is billed at the hourly vehicle rate.

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name clearly displayed. You will also receive a WhatsApp message with their name, photo, and phone number before your landing so you can reach them directly.

Yes. You can request both outbound and return transfers in a single inquiry. Simply mention your return date, time, and pickup location in the booking form or special requests field.

No. All our prices are fixed and fully transparent. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you pay. Toll fees, parking charges, and any waiting time beyond the free allowance will be communicated clearly before your trip starts.

We accept cash (CHF and EUR), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers (IBAN). Payment is collected at the end of your journey or via invoice for corporate clients.

Transfer pricing is based on the actual distance driven, charged per kilometre. Rates vary by vehicle class: CHF 5.00/km for the S-Class (First), CHF 4.50/km for the V-Class (Van), and CHF 3.50/km for the E-Class (Business). There are no minimum distance requirements.

Hourly bookings start from CHF 90/hr (E-Class) and include 20 km per hour. Daily bookings start from CHF 950/day (E-Class) and include 150 km per day with a maximum of 9 hours of service. Extra kilometres beyond the included allowance are billed at the per-km rate for the vehicle class.

No upfront payment is required for standard bookings. You pay at the end of your journey. For multi-day bookings or corporate accounts, we can arrange invoicing with net-30 terms.

Our fleet consists exclusively of premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles: the S-Class (First Class, up to 3 passengers), the V-Class (Van, up to 6 passengers), and the E-Class (Business Class, up to 3 passengers). All vehicles are current-model, fully insured, and maintained to the highest Swiss standards.

Yes. Child seats and infant carriers are available at no extra charge on all vehicle classes. Please mention this requirement when booking so we can ensure the correct seat is fitted before your pickup.

Yes. All our vehicles accommodate standard luggage. The V-Class offers the most cargo space for larger groups or extra baggage. Ski and snowboard equipment can be transported — please let us know when booking so we can assign the right vehicle.

All vehicles in our fleet are fully climate-controlled, equipped with leather interiors, and offer complimentary amenities including bottled water and phone charging. Vehicles are professionally cleaned before every journey.
